Mid 60's Era Poster

The objective of this project was to create a poster related to an era. I chose the mid 60's because of events like the moon landing and the beginning of the sexual revolution. The narrative for this piece goes like this: women (the faces) are slowly rising from behind a curtain made of lava streams, while at the same time, the moon is surrounded by these talking heads spreading the good tidings that women will prevail after being relegated to the background. Now you may wonder about my mention of space travel, well let me tell you that the multiple radiating shapes are actually galaxies spreading throughout the universe, representing mankind's newly found interest in space crusading.
